We mumineen the world over were blessed once again to receive the barakat of 3rd Moharram vaaz, and it was the most poignant moment when Aqa Moula while narrating the scene of Qayamat, said that on that Day of Reckoning, there will be no 'saya' and who will give you succor, whose hand will you hold?
And in a flash as if receiving taeed from Imam-uz-zaman (S.A.) Moula outstretched both his hands, and said - ' mumineen aa mara haath ne thami lo !' What a wondrous and blessed moment, as if the heavens had opened up and were showering the multitude of mumineen the world over, whose faces became radiant with tears streaming down in shukr, and with cries of Moula ! Moula! coming forth from thankful hearts, immersed in love and affection of their beloved Moula. It was indeed a symbolic gesture with very deep meaning. When Moula streched his hands, it symbolized his a'la niyat of reaching out - reaching out to his beloved mumineen with assurance, that take hold of my hand now - it is outstretched towards all of you, you need not worry about the day of Qayamat. I recall the beautifully articulated fervent pleading to Muqaddas Moula Syedna Taher Saifuddin (R.A.) 'Moula shafaa't karso ne Jannat ma haath pakarso ne ? ' Burhanuddin Moula in his very unique way from the Imami Takht reaches out to his beloved mumineen, opens the floodgates of barakats, and in the present moment, makes their future secure. Moula is reaching out to mumineen and saying hold my hands, and have no fear. HOLD IT NOW. Moula reffered to his advancing age, the operation and the speedy recovery, but he emphasized in no uncertain terms that, for Zikre Husain he is young, strong and robust. I recall the words of Mir Anis - ' this is the exuberance of old age, this is the spring of autumn' This is what one witnesses and feels when Aqa Moula does Zikre Husain (S.A.) The immense love that Moula has for mumineen was once again reflected when his voice chocked with fatherly love and fervor, as if pleading he said ' mari ek vasiyat mani lo !' The vasiyat was to perform buka and matam for Imam Husain (S.A.) It is the only thing he asks his mumineen to do with zeal and ma'refat. Let us resolve to hold his hands, by doing buka and matam of Imam Husain (S.A.) till there is life in the very last veins of our body.
